Not going to bother reading the others as this one destroyed the series for me. Marklund’s characters are well developed and rounded; their back stories seem well researched but the details do not overwhelm the story thread.

In Anika Bengzton she has successfully created marklundd of the most irritating, cold and unlikeable characters I’ve ever had the misfortune to follow across a few hundred pages.
